Welcome to my blog!
I have been vegetarian since January 2010. I had been pescatarian a years before that. This last month I have been gradually been cutting out dairy out of my diet, as I am Wheat Gluten Intolerant so that I don’t upset the balance of my system. I am going fully Vegan on the 1st September 2015 for three months. However, this may become a permanent fixture and a complete lifestyle change.
This blog is to document my journey, my discoveries and challenges. I will update this on a weekly to fortnightly basis. I am very excited and I can not wait to start. The next two weeks will be the Preparation stage where I need to re-arrange the kitchen as I live with a meat eater. I will update my progress and meals through the next three months.
